Effect of Breathe RightŪ Nasal Strip on Snoring

Thirty-five subjects with a history of heavy snoring but no sleep apnea wore Breathe Right nasal strips for 14 nights. The subjects and the bedpartner both evaluated their sleep and snoring.
Decreased snoring was seen in 52 percent of the subjects and 40 percent experienced an improvement in mouth dryness. Daytime sleepiness was improved in 66 percent of the subjects.
